Calculating Shipping Charges
By simply placing your item(s) in your shopping cart and clicking Check Out, then filling out your shipping information only and clicking on Continue, you will see your exact shipping charges before your order is placed. At this point you still have the option to either continue to place your order or cancel it. All Shipping charges are calculated according to the total weight of the items you purchase.

FREE SHIPPING covers ground shipping within the continental United States. We won’t surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees. The price you see in the shopping cart is the price you pay, with one exception:
If you are shipping an order to New Jersey, we are required to charge sales tax.
Make sure you know the total cost of your purchase when shopping around.

Oversize items require delivery via common carrier due to the size of the product, which means a truck freight company, will be delivering this item. To provide a higher level of service the shipper will work with you directly to arrange for a time and date of delivery. The common carrier drivers bring your purchase to your delivery address for curbside delivery Drivers are expected to notify you of a delivery time and day and your delivery service options, so you can have the appropriate help available to get purchases into your home if necessary. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem. If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it depending on the level of delivery service.
Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house if it is not included in your shipping charges. You can work with the shipper directly to arrange for any additional delivery services that you would like to take advantage of. You will be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for these additional services.
Delivery Time

Ground shipping time will usually be 3 to 7 business days after the order is shipped, depending on where you live.
Orders submitted with the wrong billing information will need verification and therefore will be delayed and the above shipping policies will not apply. We ask that you please submit the billing information exactly as stated on your credit card statement so that your order may be processed efficiently.

APO/FPO or P.O. Boxes
Since we only ship via UPS, we are unable to deliver to any APO/FPO or P.O. Boxes. Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order by contacting our support team at or by filling out our secured web form. Please note orders being processed will not be able to be cancelled and the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs where applied.

Return Policy
All refunds and exchanges are subject to the final approval of our Customer Service Department. All "Special Orders" will be subject to a 50% restocking fee if returned. To return an item, please follow these easy steps: Simply contact our customer service department by email at or by filling out our secured form with the following information requesting a refund or exchange:

1. Order number.
2. Reason for return.
3. Item number and Product name.
4. Return for replacement, exchange, or refund.

We will reply via email with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) with instructions on how and where to send your package. If an item is returned without a Return Authorization Number, we will not be able to process the return, and a credit will not be issued. If a package is refused, there will be a $10.00 refusal fee plus a charge for the actual shipping cost back to, please note you will not be issued credit for the original shipping cost.

Please remember that all returned items must be in the original condition with all the packing material, manuals, and registration cards. We will issue 50% refund for the price of the product you return that meets these above conditions. We will not accept any returns that do not meet with our return policy specifications. We cannot accept returns for the following classes of products if they have been opened or used: Da Vinci items and Sorelle furniture products. If the product is damaged or missing any parts we will send you replacement parts.

For International and APO/FPO orders, you must ship back the product at your own cost. Please allow 30 business days from the time the item is returned to process a refund. All returns without an RA number will be refused and not credited.
