CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING! I order a toddler rail 2 years ago that didn't fit correctly on my crib. I emailed the customer service department and explained the situation. Two days later a new toddler rail showed up on my doorstep free of charge!
I will definitely be ordering from this company again in the future!
